The Collector's Key is an intuitive 12 letter code that instantly tells you about a customer's payment activity during the last twelve months.

The letters in the key represent the customer's payment activity during each of the last 12 months. A Y means the customer made the required payment. The letter N means the customer did not make the required payment. It's simple, intuitive, and very easy to understand!

The Collector's Key appears on a variety of reports, and on the customer's account lookup screen.
