Mr. Know-It-All

You can search for a customer by name, or phone number, and "Mr. Know-It-All" will tell you everything you need to know about your customer on a single screen:

• Sales Invoice History A list of previous sales invoices for the customer is displayed for you. Just click on an entry in the list to view a copy of the original invoice, schedule the invoice for delivery, set up a service call for an  item on the invoice, or add free-form notes to the invoice.

Right click on a sales invoice in the list to: Schedule that invoice for delivery or view the existing delivery date. Set up a service call for an item on that invoice. Add free-form notes to that invoice for future reference. View a report of all of the items purchased by that customer.

• Account Status Complete details about the customer's account balance along with payment history appear just by clicking on the customer's name in the  "Customer Accounts" list.

• Special Orders A list of special orders in progress for the customer appears on the Mr. Know-It-All screen. Click on any item in the list to see the details for that order including date ordered and date due. You can also add internal notes about the customer's order (like the last time you talked to the customer and what was said) to maintain continuity in your contacts with the customer.

• Service History A list of open and completed service calls for the customer appears on the screen. Just click on a service call in the list to see the details about it.
